  • I have panic attacks in the car kind of hard to lay down and relax

  • The method shows you how to breathe. In the car, use your diaphragm to breathe while sitting. There are more details about relaxing when driving and when in public in the book.

  • It works.I am being doing it,for the last 2 months,and it works

  • another good way my theripest tought me is, breath in through the nose for 7 seconds and blow out your mouth for 8 seconds
