Eloisee is right. Susan wasn't crying, she forgot some words, pointed to her head in a fun way, the crowd was completely with her, and then she went on. I think the roaring of the crowd probably put her off for a few seconds.
It is hard to hear her above the crowd, but it's great that they are showing how much they appreciate her.
She gets better with every performance.
