I used a cheat code to battle this guy in the emulator. But after inputing the code for ∑ bosses at the title screen, you can find him legitimately (randomly) at Black Hole Server 2.

Make Sigma bosses appear randomly

At the title screen hold L and press these gold stars in order: S Comp Star, G Comp Star, S Comp Star, M Comp Star, SS Star, SS Star, and Black Ace Star. You should hear a confirmation if done correctly.

How do you do the symbol other than copy & pasting?

i know a good way to own this guy. use water cards the freezes or bubbles to trap him and do 2x damage( bubblehookx is recommended). then, use elec cards to own like plasma gunx of elec slash. when apollo is still paralysed from the elec cards, use whatever cards you want to do a finisher. Its my opinion though.....
