Green Truck

Green Truck is a business venture that was inspired by the owners' desire to save the earth from environmental damage. It is a mobile food truck that serves organic food prepared from locally produced vegetables. Instead of using petrol it runs on a biodegradable fuel that is obtained from waste from vegetable oils. The truck leaves behind no garbage as it sends its trash to its suppliers for recycling. Even its kitchen is powered by solar energy. Presently there are three Green trucks in LA, one in San Diego and one in New York but the owners say that the project has triggered international interest as well and they are receiving business inquiries from abroad.
