  • How do u ask for it?

  • @therwea I just come out of the corner ...think diagnolly ....meaning to go straight and no neck yeilding ..don't pull the reins ....inside rein and outside leg. .use one leg and one rein to stay straight ....if the shoulder or haunches are leading ..do a few steps, go straight and then do a few more steps. This leg yeild is not perfect in the video ....but some days they are ...

  • That was a very nice leg yeild! You should be very proud and you did it both ways which was awesome!!XD

  • Thank you very much, so many people just want to make nasty comments ..appreciate it

  • Thank you very much for the compliment, you know we all try so hard at this sport!!

  • How do u get the haunches over

  • This is almost perfect but, there is too much flexion in the neck. She needs to keep her horse straight. Also, her leg is too close to the girth when kicking. The aid is to keep the leg back and kick there.... but, if it does not work, give the horse and SPUR! and responding to the message by multidressagequeen, the whole point of leg yielding is get the forelegs and the haunches over?:o

  • almost perfect

  • @bobbyperu182 When you pull back on youur reins towards your leg, do you pull back towards your opposite leg(outside leg), or inside leg, like straight back?? (or does it really matter, just pull back)

  • that was really good!!!! i've been working very hard on leg yields in my riding lessons. i guess it's just difficult for me cause the horse i ride is tempormental haha. but i'm getting there.

    love the song btw!!
