A ton of credit to Clonetrooper87 and his BSG video. The basic structure is the same with exception of music, timing and some of the clips used.

music - Budget Meeting from King Arthur soundtrack by Hans Zimmer

  • I dont know alot about BSG i just play the game online. Whats the difference between a "Basestar" and a "Battlestar"

  • @desalator33 Basestars are the main capital warships of the Cylons, Battlestars are the main capital warships of the Colonies.

  • is it just me but at 3:50 does it look like blood is spraying everywhere when the cylon raider explodes?! XD!

  • @danboyguitar94 I don't think there's any doubt. It's the Raider's blood and guts being sprayed out into space. I don't remember the Centurions having a similar bio-organic component like the Raiders though.

  • @danboyguitar94 it does, raiders have internal organs and are bio-mechanic just like the skin jobs

  • "Energy shields? Whe don't need no fracking energy shields, our shields are made of flak explosions!"

  • eargasm.

  • OMG two battlestar KILLING SPREE

  • @jtno2 I saw Raider blueprints and there's organic brain in it's "head". Pretty sick.

  • @Napalmvieh

    1) Note: we don't have submarine-size space vessels capable interplanetary travel (within one system) at sublight speeds.

    2) I love when big ships fire big shells two :D Just simply BSG turned out to be *HUGE* dissapointment for me.

Sure - Peace ! We don't want Fall of 12 Colonies repeated here :)

  • @AnteyPL ok, just 2 things:

    1) today we have the technics of BSG (except the thing with the gravitation and the jumps)

    2) i just love BSG because its sci fi and more or less realistical at once, and yes i love when big ships fire big shells ^^

so can we have a agreement, that you know more and i have my peace?

    i don't wanna have a never ending argumentation ...

  • @Napalmvieh

I'd say the same about Cylon rockets and Colonial grenades - just how much it takes to cripple a Battlestar, huh ? :)

  • @RayPall

And if we continue this thread, I am convinced that as long as we talk about ships based deep space travel, star trek approach wins by versatility. But most believable, when talking about real physics is .... stargate (device/tunnel/wormhole). Though it of course streches known physics (not to mention technology) to extreme, at least in principle, theroretical model is least far fetched of all mentioned.
