Please can I get a basic confirmation that ANY Israelis (either civilian contractors or military) are :

1) Training teaching or otherwise lecturing in any way at the Campbell Barracks in Western Australia.

Operational security is a culture well practiced and understood within Special Operations Command. Constraints are not placed on individuals personal associations, and individuals are trusted to manage their military and social interactions so that there is no conflict of interest.

3) Involved with the fitting of the Communications systems in the Collins class submarine.

4) In anyway associated in the formation or implementation of Australian Defence force policies.

The formation and implementation of Defence policy is largely driven by the principles and priorities set out in the Defence White Paper 2009. Consultation with international partners and other powers is limited to those matters in which we have a common interest.

5) Have there been any official complaints lodged by ANY Defence force enlistees (either serving or retired) within the last 12 months about Israeli influence or infiltration within the Australian Defense force.

A definitive answer would require engaging with a large number of areas within Defence to determine whether they had received any complaints. There is not a central area within Defence that would manage complaints of the nature you are suggesting
