To replace a broken LCD or Digitizer you'll need:

T5 & T6 star type screwdriver. (search for torx on Maplin or Amazon)
Small bladed screwdriver
Plastic knife (or guitar pick) and some tweezers to grab the screws.
Parts are very easy to find online.
To replace the FLEX RIBBON cable, follow this guide up to 7:04 where you remove the LCD screen and follow this link
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=9JxCoyJPsIg

Doing this will void any warranty.

Please rate/sub and I'll do my best to put some more on here...

  • Nice peace of work, man!!

You really made my day, and I was able to fix my Nokia C6 as easy as it seems. I encorage you to keep going with this quality stuff.

    Thanks from Spain ;)

  • @EricMjolnir Thank you :-), I hope to produce many more in the future, I'm currently making one for the Blackberry Curve 8520

  • I have a problem with the touchscreen which is not responding and not working the only way i can navigate through my c6 is by keypad will this procedure solve the issue? please respond this as fast as you can because i can't stand it this way :)

  • @killynot If its not impact damage its probably the flex cable. If its impact damage then a new digitizer should fix your problem...

  • after repairing n changing the screen, does all the memory in the phone still there or they r gone?

  • @phezc All your contacts, photo's and videos should be safe. But it is a very good idea to make a full backup using 'Nokia Suite' before you take it apart, just in case of any problems. Over half a million people around the world have used my videos and none of the comments have ever mentioned losing the memory contents.

Don't use a metal table/surface always use a non-conducting surface like a wooden or plastic table
