Zimbabwean national Ngoni Makusha wins 2011 NCAA 100m final!!! He became just the fourth person to ever win both the 100m dash and long jump, joining Jesse Owens, Carl Lewis and DeHart Hubbard. His 100m dash time is the fourth fastest in the world this year and his long jump mark is the second longest.

Well he ran 9.92, got a bronze in the 200m in Daegu and is 3 years younger than Makusha :/ So Lemaitre is better. In fact he's only .05 from Usain Bolts pr at the same age.
