Dogs Love PetSmart... and Car Rides

A short film documenting PetSmart addiction in dogs. The only known treatment is taking the dog(s) to PetSmart. Only then will you have a calm, submissive dog.

Jolie loves trips to PetSmart so much that one day the gate was not fully closed, and she decided to start walking there. We can look back on that day and laugh now but it was a terrible day. For hours we were searching for her. She calmly walked out of the gate and started heading up the road, walking on the grass along the side. We know that she was going to PetSmart because of the direction that she was going, and she knows the way; she watches everything as we drive. She stopped near an intersection, probably waiting until it was safe to cross, when an angel of a woman stopped her car and called her. She opened the door and Jolie jumped in. Surely Jolie was thinking, "Finally, I got a ride to PetSmart...". The mystery woman took her to a local shelter, told them that she found her walking along the road, and would love to keep her if her owner's didn't come forward. The shelter had Jolie for a number of hours and unfortunately had not scanned her yet (she is micro-chipped), so we had no knowledge of where Jolie was. We called every shelter in the area and finally found her, and bailed her out. That day could have gone so much worse. To the mystery woman who brought Jolie to a safe place where at least she wouldn't get hit by a car - Thank You; you probably saved her life. Lesson learned - double check the gate latch.

Too bad you can't trick them into PetSmart when taking her to the vet! She is so cute!

My dogs always did that when going to a food drive thru,looked hurt when at a bank or ATM when no food was passed through windows.

Yup, Yup that's us! We love PetSmart Daddy <3 well, really Jolie loves it more than Buddy....Buderick is a bit unsociable w/ any dog that's his size or bigger &/or that challenges him...but he loves lil fluffy white dogs :)
