horus was warmaster, he had control over all the the armies of the imperium, russ had to follow order's but i think im getting off track here, the space wolves have the best initiations, there SKILLED and STEALTHY warriors are scouts, and they are free to do almost anything they want, you should check out the codex, i think you will find that the space wolves ARE the best chapter after reading that masterpiece
@cripsmafia I have been meaning to compile the codexes , add to my general knowledge and all that. (IT. IS. POWER!!) Granted Mangus did make a mess but if the Emperor hadn't been a dick about it(it's not like he's ever committed genocide to those loyal to him *cough*Thunder Warriors*cough*) and Russ had been a bit more willing to follow the Emperor's orders then the whole thing could have been stopped. The TS's had good intentions but it was the others who demonised it.
@keyking2 it was because of magnus that the emperor had to sit on that throne, he ruined the webway, killing millions, letting chaos entites come forth, and even if there were just 3 ( even though you listed one from dead sky black sun) that a whole lot less then most other chapters, they have such few traitors because they already have the freedoms they want, they get to eat, drink and hell, i think they even hit on women, read the space wolves codex, its in there.
@cripsmafia Half of those millions consented to it and look where Russ's meddling got the Imperium.
Not to mention I can count 3 Space Wolves that have turned traitor, One defected to the Iron Warriors in Dead Sky Black Sun and the other 2 sold out their entire fleet to the Red Corsairs , the only chapter that has not had one traitor is the Grey Knights. Magnus found a webway, beat that Space Fuzzies.
@keyking2 the thousand son's primarch killed millions trying to relay that message to the emperor. and plus, no space wolf has ever gone traitor, they have the oldest living relic, and have the strongest fortress second only to the imperial palace.
@cripsmafia They're a bunch of barbarians. The Imperium could have become ten times stronger and would have gained full control of humanity's psyhic powers under the guidance of the Thousand Sons. Not to mention Leman Russ was stupid enough to follow Horus's orders over the Emperors'.
@cripsmafia i that it was magnus that also worn the empire about Horus betral
