I purchased a Fenix and a Quark, kept the Fenix. The Fenix doesnt have all the different modes as the Quark but its built better.

is the regular quark a reverse clicky and the tactical a forward clicky?
i'm confused about the two at some critical points. on the tactical can you scroll thru modes without having to go into program mode?

@glennk721 I have a greater idea, it's a TACTICAL LIGHT the head is in low mode when the head is loose
