Sorry guys, Last week my mac harddrive broke so I didnt have a way to upload my video and.. I didnt record last week's results either haha

Anyways... so here's the results for week 6, been feeling a bit lazy with this 3 days a week schedule. It's been making me feel like a slacker... at least next week, I'll be loading on creatine again :) This time, I'll be taking 25g for 3 days as my loading and going 5g a day, thereafter. I'm switching it up because I've read that, "The quickest method of increasing muscle creatine stores appears to be to consume ~0.3 grams/kg/day of creatine monohydrate for at least 3 days followed by 35 g/d thereafter to maintain elevated stores"

Back to results... my arms are feeling great, been seeing some size. Need to work on my shoulders and deltoids.
Anyone with good exercises that target those groups would be greatly appreciated. I've started doing dumbbell decline presses, they're great! Oh, and I've started to take whey protein with water pre workout and will take it with creatine starting next week. And taking my post workout whey protein with L-glutamine. And L-glutamine before bed. That's all for now, til next week

  • dude. creatine, buy it. load 30g of creatine for 5 days straight. do as much wieght as u can. trust me u will thank me. i gain 10lbs of muscle in a week and a half. go to any gnc store. its mostly likely the equavalent of steriod but safer and natural. this is why its not band in sports

  • Lol, I do have creatine, mines is from Prolab which I heard has creapure in it. It's not doing as much as I expected it to do. I might switch over to EAS Creatine with Phosphagen if this keeps up... but anyways, which brand do you use? And I load with 25g and then 5g thereafter because according to

    it was proven that this provided the best results.

  • Im very underweigth and i will be taking this, no matter if i gain water, i will be happy ;-)

  • try Xtend and Cellmass..always whey protein. If u wanna get serious try Jack 3d

  • @Patakaflyboy the 10 lbs you gained was not muscle. You would be lucky to gain 10 lbs of muscle in a year.

  • i have been back on the supplements for the past three weeks and im noticing a small difference now, i take:

    Muscle and weight gainer

    Creatine ethyl ester

    Tribulas

    and ZMA at night, seems to be working well
