@Patakaflyboy the 10 lbs you gained was not muscle. You would be lucky to gain 10 lbs of muscle in a year.

i have been back on the supplements for the past three weeks and im noticing a small difference now, i take:
Muscle and weight gainer
Creatine ethyl ester
Tribulas
and ZMA at night, seems to be working well
dude. creatine, buy it. load 30g of creatine for 5 days straight. do as much wieght as u can. trust me u will thank me. i gain 10lbs of muscle in a week and a half. go to any gnc store. its mostly likely the equavalent of steriod but safer and natural. this is why its not band in sports

Lol, I do have creatine, mines is from Prolab which I heard has creapure in it. It's not doing as much as I expected it to do. I might switch over to EAS Creatine with Phosphagen if this keeps up... but anyways, which brand do you use? And I load with 25g and then 5g thereafter because according to

it was proven that this provided the best results.
