This brings back so many childhood memories!... Can't quite tell if our house on the hill is still there... Lived there in the late '50s.

@sprucewood57 It feels pretty different now, but I think they've done a good job with it- it's a little bit more upscale than the old Avila was.

Thanks for sharing this video. Brings back lots of memories of my youth playing in the sand at Avila. Havn't been there since they rebuilt the town. They removed the oil tanks on top of the hill, Thats good as they were an eye sore.
