When you go to Sephora, Mac or any high end makeup counter or store they will let you swatch the products and show you how to use them. All the products (drug store included) could be exchanged or returned.
The brush is used for blending, could also be used for highlighting.

the brush is for blending. and ur not supposed to hate on every product , not to be rude. if u dislike it then u keep saying "oh I really hate this like why..." not to be rude but still.
