  • Rock on Guards. Proud to be a part of the commonwealth.

  • The British Army is with out a doubt the most entertaining of them all.

  • The ceremony of Changing the Guard is above all a traditional ceremony performed directly for the safety of the Sovereign. The reason why the Band plays songs like this is of course to entertain, but first and foremost the Guards, and only second the tourists, who are blessed to see it. Please do not think the British Army performs this to be 'toy soldiers': they perform it because it is their task for the Sovereign.

  • lol

The song is actually called "Can't Take My Eyes Off You" by Frankie Valli.

I had to do some research..... lol

  • No, I've never seen the Changing Of The Guard but didn't think they played tunes like this - thought they would be all "military marches" - perhaps they are subconsciously exprssing a Life Wish!
