It's true what FZFlames said, you have to practice more with Lucas/Ness before you try to teach someone how to do it. Lucas is my main. It's just a shame that I don't have a camera, I should be the one doing this.

To get a ground Zap Tackle perfect, let it go up a little, then bring it behind you and it will have enough height to hit you and Zap Tackle you into the foe.
