@ElkeFreharova That would be from 'The New Mafia'. Depending how it's counted, it's either Episode 20 of Season 2, or Episode 4 of Season 3. In any case, you can find it on Vol.4 of the Official DVD's. : )

Oh, that's from the Pilot episode (I think part 2) where Sue walks out of the surveillance van to get a better look. So Jack goes after her and pretends to be her boyfriend until the bad guy (who she accidentally crashed into) walks away. Glad you enjoyed it! :)
