My direct thought is that they or who ever where going to make a Mass Effect film:

1.- Wait between 10 to 20 years in making the film. (So we can give it a rest and not take it to seriously, because it is a game). 2.- Make 3 part-films out of the first game. It is a very good story, and you can blend much creative story telling and spend between 1 to 2 hours each film.

What do you think about it, give me a reply please! I am a film student and I really want to know what you think!

@FelixTheory Have you checked out my Shepard Origin Story? It's apparently a good script/story.

What I think.... They should make my origin Story first. It doesn't relate to the game stories. So u can see how that goes at the box office and then decide on the ME1-ME3 movies. I think Act 1 and 3 of ME1 are very good, but falls apart in Act 2 with long side quests at Noveria, Therum and Feros. i don't think breaking into 3 parts will help. Changing act 2 to make it tighter can.

I'd have to agree I would for sure not go and see it myself as I feel it would ruin what ME was for me however I do know people out there who are thrilled by the thought of a ME movie.

they would fuck it up way bad....It would make an epic  movie if you could still pick what gose on an if you could have your ME person in it but... Lifes not that bad ass so sorry but please dont do the movie...they would kill it

I think it should be made. And it's because it could give us a new perspective. No 2 players have the same story. I'm playing two save files (one complete on Mass Effect 2, one in progress on Mass Effect [1]), because I want to see the different ways things will play out when I finally have Mass Effect 3. No, not everyone will agree. But I think it's worth a shot.

Let them make the movie, what do we have to lose? If it sucks, we pretend it never happened. afaik bioware just signs the contract and a bunch of low budget dumbasses make the film

Remember deus ex invisible war? well you shouldn't, because it was a shit game and we must continue to deny its existence.

Then with a little creative twist at then end where Shepard is fighting Saren we can have Shepards romance gets captured by Saren who sees and want to stop Shepard from using that "thing that Vigil gave us on Ilos" to stop the Reapers from entering though the Citadel. Shepard gets a motivational and a moral choise between saving the one he love and let the reapers though or kill the one Shepard loves and use the "thing".

Depends what you do with it. I thought that the origin could be mix with part that was something to do with Noveria, Therum and Feros. Lets say that Shepard was colonist who lost his familiy when the batarian pirates attacked. The theme of losing someone close to you and what kind of motivation gives to him as a character. When he loses one of his party member on Virmir, he regrets and swear to not loose someone cares for. (continue)

I'm torn. On one hand, a well done ME movie would be amazing. On the other hand, ME is an amazing game because you determine the storyline.
