The undercover investigation found a trainer at one of London's top tracks who fixes races and a man selling drugs for dogs at tracks throughout northern England.

First thing that spring to mind is why is a kennel hand still a kennel hand if he fixed 100's of races. If I could fix 10 races I'd be worth a million and own the kennels not work for someone else.
