Isaac Mendez: was addicted to heroin and saw the future under its effects. he then kicked his addiction and had the ability to see the future at will.
sylar/Gabriel Grey: killed isaac and took his ability.
[later in season 2 or 3]
Matt Parkman: has the ability to read minds and after listening to music of some sort after he was teleported to a random spot in the desert, he met a man who, like Isaac, paints the future. he then died and later his spirit taught Matt to see the future like Isaac.

1 of my fav charcters on tv! and im not really a heroes fan.. he caught my eye with his paintings u know the story haha i could relate to him im also a artist myself but certainly not as good as him!
