coreys singing style was a lot more rhytmically based around the songs beat back then, i prefer his style atm of not sticking rigidly, and singing offbeat and stuff. i dont know the terms or what its called, but its particularly noticeable in the first verse:D

Me too, it's that way with most bands I listen to. I think its just because it's a differnet version maybe?, kinda like listening to a live version only it's a little different than the album version
