@PengeinForce1 1. Spoken language, unless formal, need not adhere to perfect grammar. 2. Whoever wrote the script needed to portray the cat character the right way. 3. Going off on a limb here, but you assume he was speaking English. He could have been speaking in a language extremely close to English, but slightly different. That really calls into question how we define language. If the purpose of language is to convey meaning to others, why do we constrict ourselves so much?
