Sorry guys, i couldn't get my video to sync with the audio so there wont be any talkin in this video ):
i'll try to fix it and upload it asap, im getting real lazy since im going out heaps.
Don't stop watching guys, this isnt the end i'll be making more vids, the first 8 weeks was just to show everyone that you can get results within the 8 week time frame.

  • @contagiousFX thanks man, umm usually they're bonitos since i catch a shitload of them easily, just plain and simple with salt garlic and chibli

  • Great job theres a very big difference, dont work on abs and chest so much, try and get your biceps and triceps bigger. And dont use to many supplements eating food is better. But great change.

  • Height, body fat % and diet? You've developed quite a lot, noticebly in chest, arms and Lats. Since you were skinny before, I'm assuming you bulked up but you seem to gain very little body fat since the abs are visible which is hard to do(clean bulking) in a very short period of time.

    Please share you diet especially if you don't mind :)

  • @stevekun88 looking good bro.. i just started back up on the goku transofrmation myself. cytogainer is legit gained some solid weight in little time. how many meals u eating a day? i usually go with breakfast shake lunch chicken sandwhich a little pre workout meal to get my energy going mainly carbs then i'll have a post meal workout usually chicken rice vegetables and a protein shake. do i need to be eating more?
