An engineering animation proposing the construction of solid state aircraft, machines that require no combustion for propulsion but rather flap their wings by means of an internal electrochemical musculature.
Such a design would allow the aircraft to fly in the atmospheres of Venus, Earth and Mars.

It would never fly if the project exceeds $500 million, not billions. A long lived Venusian Mobile Explorer capable of surviving temperatures around 480ºC and pressure up to 90 atm would be around $1 billion.
It is more likely to be a balloon or an solar powered prop-plane with moving parts than an artificial muscle aircraft.
