Clipping a new calved heifer by Danish bull VE Eaton.
New clippers fitted with A5 sheep shearer cutter/comb blades . Made by Liscop of Germany. Powerful 430 watt motor. Robust and high quality clippers. Stay cool even when used all day.. List price is £299 + VAT. Got them online from mole valley farmers for 250.

what are milk prices over there?

@onelonleyfarmer Pretty bad. Below cost of production. Last month i got 22 just pence per litre which works out at approx 35 US cents for a Quart (If i did the maths correctly !) Feed , Fertilizer & diesel prices are going through the roof here. I need at least 30 pence to make the job worthwhile

she seemed to be very happy with you clipping her off there most would have been trying to kick your head off,how do they milk?good temprement and nice square udder,all good semen seems to dry up very quick we used a deangate bull this year and tried to get more but couldn't get anymore.
