  • Don't blame politicians - blame the wananchi for showing up. Boycott these fools or wananchi should organize their own celebrations and soon this will be a thing of the past

  • Maybe its like going out or a change of scene since the daily life has not much to offer.

  • It is a known fact that despite being the agriculture minister, Ruto was dealing in maize, a clear conflict of interest. The Kenyatta & moi families are deeply involved in the flower, tea, coffee & tobacco business, paying workers peanuts & these are the people nominated by kenyans to bring reform, you can dream on, these people are in politics for themselves. Kenyan politics is a self-enrichment project. Let the lesson be nominate people who will bring meaningfull CHANGE not recycled thieves.

  • The hypocrisy & conflict of interest that exist in the circles of power in Kenya is astounding. The corruption is now so deep rooted & entrenched in almost all levels of government. Kenyans need to nominate people who can legislate meaningful reforms for the poor working class & un-employed youth. in the absence of education & employment, you cannot succesfully deal with the problems that face Kenya today like poverty, Mungiki & lack of security.

  • i personally will say i see things differently as i could if i lived all this time at home, hav realised that our politicians are the plight of the ppl makin everyday survival a task n given the conditions almost hopeless. Not to 4get that given the same conditions in kenya or only half some of us mite hav not set foot else where, like they say u cant fool a ppl all the time, just like its not luxury to have a roof over ur head or to feed a family and send ur children to schooland get health care.

  • well put that's exactly wat i was thinking. imagine some trecked from kibera slums with no money for a 30 ksh bottle of water and yet they want to go....i won't go if i was them.

  • Funny that some commentators here, consider we selves as tumeamka, due to comp access, and no one censoring what one can write here, yet the comments exhibit, western life(holly mbao) fascination, and mental bondage..yet have the audacity to strongly critique the raia, where they'd be doing the same thing were they over there...rallies,voting, halafu nyam chom na keroro..there be much more to kuamka than kutwara mtaa..even up to now with all our "knowledge"no Kenyan has ever AMUKAed to MAUMAU's extent

  • Kenyans awake.See, it is rich v, poor, everywhere. Your probs are not unique to you, others have arisen so arise!! Now!!!
