Vagando por youtube encontre esto (y me extraño encontrar justo algo q hiciste tu, pero bue, critica constructiva incoming)

no esta mal, pero quiza demasiado limitada la animacion, ta bien animar solo una parte del cuerpo, peor intenta animarle mas de dos frames, siempre se ve mejor y mas fluido.

Las bocas, si googleas lip sync puedes encontrar las poses de bocas, no son tantas, 8 o 9 creo, pero usar mas bocas (onda no solo abierta cerrada) añade bastante al final.
