Dean feels like he's lost everything after John dies, but when him and Sam get into a huge arguement, Sam leaves and goes on a hunt alone. Dean ends up getting to Sam too late and Sam dies in his arms.

This Video is basically Dean dealing with losing Sammy. It's complete AU and has spoilers up to Hollywood Babylon.
