I like Ron Paul but since he insists on running as a republican,he will never be a presidential option. Our fake two party system will never give you that option.

The current situation involves a government which expands insular bureaucracy & moves continuously away from public accountability.
Lack of accountability ensures the growth of incestuous relationships between government & monopolistic corporations, corruption & failure to uphold principles of justice, destroying the foundations of a free & open society. Free-market capitalism is the hallmark of such a society, Monopolist Corporatism & corrupted elitist, government enablers are it's downfall.

Ron Paul is a _classical Liberal_ after the fashion of Thomas Jefferson & the majority of the Founding Fathers. This means that his views are consistent with the Declaration and Constitution; the concept of individual Liberty; that our rights do not stem from the whims of other men, but are rather the inherent condition of birth; that a just government may exist only in that it defends those rights & serves at the consent of the governed.
Much the opposite to our present state of de-volution.

RON PAUL!! SUPPORT HR 1207!

lalieth..well said!!!!

People, we need 290 cosponsors for HR 1207. That would make the bill Obama-proof.
Give me 2-90 almighty! Fear our racket, then it will come down on the FED by the force of the people. BTW, while there at it
and auditing the FED, audit the Congress as well! Their not doing there job either.
Question: Could the IRS audit the FED? ;-) Now, that would be awesome. Both unconstitutional!
Good to see another Ron Paul supporter, though this is a little late. (Or maybe not...) ;)

He's not a neo-con but his policies (when it comes to economic policies) side with elitism and wealth over the lives of citizens. He is an ideologue and applies his ideology towards everything rather then taking a pragmatic approach when it comes to ideals (Life, Liberty and the Pursuit of Happiness). His stance on health care is horrendous. He supports letting people who can't pay die and for that I can't take him seriously. The right to life is an unalienable right and the prime directive.

Ah! If having healthcare provided by Govt is so good - why not provide everything else also provided by govt? Letting people die isn't anything new. It has been happening for a while, so has the attempt to save as many people as possible. The former being humans, the later being charitable human beings. As a doctor who works with his patients and not with medicare, Ron Paul is hardly a person you can accuse of "letting people die". But don't let facts get in your way.
