Keith Richards And The X Pensive Winos March 1993 Chicago As Wicked As It Seems

It's just as wicked as it seems
Just run out of dreams
Better of two evils, babe
It's one time too much
Baby how can I say what's in my heart - what's in my heart
Come a long way, well since you beat it up

As wicked as it seems yeah
Why don't you get - get all over me
Why don't you get - get all over me
Just a two way street, but now it goes one way
And now for me there's no way out - one time
Why don't you get - get all over me

As wicked as it seems
It's playtime, but it's far too late
It's gonna too hard on, hard on it - hard on it
What you gonna give
It's not enough, not enough for me
So I soften the blow, so the bruises don't show
I've got the expertise
No broken necks
No broken hearts
Well, we used your deck
All I did was play the cards - now the check
Now I find it's not enough - it's not enough for me
Now you want to give, is not enough - not enough for me

As wicked as it seems
Why don't you get, get all over me - one time
Why don't you get, get all over me
It's easy getting in
Why don't you get, get all over me
But it's a hard way out babe
Why don't you get - get all over me

  • @beam52 I wish they would release the footage from the Houston Summit in '77 and some of the other shows that were filmed during that tour...you can see two songs "Tumblin' Dice" and Zevon's "Poor, Poor Pitiful Me" on the movie FM...

  • @garbeaj That would have been a great show...I saw him in the early eighties in Toronto playing with Linda Ronstadt......hardcore playing, stands out

  • @beam52 Saw him with Stevie Nicks, Chris Isaak and others on the Peter Asher Buddy Holly tribute show...hardcore tone and great playing for days!

  • @garbeaj Waddy does rock he is incredible

  • @45arther The big white dude that you refer to is Bobby Keys! The Stones sax player forever inc solo on Brown Sugar, Can't You Hear me knocking, etc and a mainstay of the touring band. He was out of favour for a period in the very late 70s early 80s when he paid the price for being so stoned on class A drugs that he had 'not turned up for performance'. The Stones are very loyal to those musicians that fit and work hard (what a gig), Good that they gave BW another chance. Loyal, I'm sure.

  • @63Brummie who else could get Steve Jordan out on the road? Chuck Berry.

  • @MMRJL the big white guy in the leather jacket is on fire here.

  • i love the head banging fan at 15 secs. had I a hat I'd take it off in salute

  • They are masters!!!!

  • amazin brother...
