Veljko Milkovic - Cart with a pendulum - Vehicles with internal and inertial drive
Inertial Propulsion Cart
New video presentation of Serbian inventor, Veljko Milkovic, demonstrating his perennial research work on the idea of moving vehicle without indirect mechanism (transmission). Milkovic explains a new power and how the isolated powers can perform one-way moving of model using tensile forces of physical pendulum.
There is also an attempt to improve and to confirm the law of action and reaction (The third Newton's law), which hadn't undergone any revision from its beginning.
From the contents:
• Tensile forces of physical pendulum
• Motion without usual reflection
• An addition to the Law of action and reaction (The third Newton's law)
• Cart with a pendulum
• Truck with horizontal physical pendulum...
Based on the books by Veljko Milkovic:
• "Towards antigravitation - compact vehicles" (1994)
• "Anti-gravity motor" (1996)

@Zoloft61 you can change the force of gravity by the force of one spring.

@qp12qp newton laws are only for lineal movement. If you have a mass moving in two dimensions, like the penulum, you have centrifugal force. Centrifugal force push the system with NO REACTION FORCE, and the movement don´t needs energy, creates energy from inertia of the mass. Study carefully the forces in the system.

All these "inventors" of those pseudo- "inertial drives", fail to understand that their systems appear to work (somewhat), because the forces produced are applied to the system that supports them -whether it is a flat surface via wheels or water via a boat.
This is why it is completely impossible to make a system that will lift off the ground. (Inertial drive assumes that the forces are independent of a reference system i.e not needing something to be applied to -which is simply not the case).

@Zoloft61 You are obviously not familiar with the force of the gyroscope, check this one on example:

This vehicle obviously uses gravity to push (or pull) the cart forward. For this reason it shall never be used in space.

The energy loaded into the "truck" is quickly ignored as the operator places the arm at the top of its rotating path. No different then placing the "truck" at the top of a ramp. The two other wind-up machines use slip-stick for motion. The pendulum machine at 4:30 is blocked from using its energy in a large motion. The small bounce off the "dial" sends the energy back into the "truck". Not too much different then locking the truck in place and watching the pendulum swing decrementally. All Fake.

@datzfast Because it is better to fear God than man. Maybe people with new, valid, and innovative ideas are sick and tired of demigods in white coats, pocket protectors and clipboards lording it over the rest of us. See my video "What is Gravity." It's right... whether the lab rats like it or not, or like the source or not... the theory is RIGHT... CORRECT, and it changes everything.

@ScottishProfessor ah, a true thinking man. why do you not fear science like other people. see the comments how they defend their religion least they be burned at the steak

l like tis idea for submarine because you need no penetration of the hull for propulsion. also it could be very quite also the energy useage is very low.

The wheeled cart with pendulum behaves exactly as it should. The brief forward motion is 'programmed' in as the operator winds up the pendulum before releasing it. There are no uni-directional forces (Newton's third law). Vibrating mechanisms often display a 'slip-stick' behavior causing them to glide across a horizontal surface.
