They got purchased by adobe. It's included in adobe CS3 but not in CS4. There is talk of it in future release of adobe software. The keyer is in adobe elements 7.

The software is not hard to learn at all. But it's also not available. Maybe you can find it on EBay. What I tell everyone now is to check out FXHome's CompositeLab. I use it and it works even better! But it doesn't come with the virtual sets. That was the best part of Ultra 2.

Yeah, I was about to buy this back in 2004. Instead, I learned how to become a 3D Modeler, and now I can make any virtual set, exactly the way I want it. And the free version of the software I use, has high res video export functions!
