39 day old ferret pup

In 2007 we had a mother ferret who gave birth in our shelter. Unfortunatly, when the pups where 1 to 2 weeks old she started biting them death. So when the pups where 4 weeks old we raised the pups by hand. (Before that they where just to to small.) In this clip I am playing with Aika (Wildcolor female) when she was 39 days old. She also had a brother (Damian, wildcolor male) and a sister (Finn, sandy female).

Als note that this is NOT a normal sized 39 day old ferret pup. She was way too small for her age. We had another litter of 3 puppies a year before, but those pups where this size already at 2 weeks old. (The pup in the video did grow up to a normal sized adult ferret.)

Also plz. don't post responced that I should call them kits. I am from the Netherlands, and here we call them pups. Also the audiance group I have for my account is Dutch, Belgium, German, Great-Britain (EU). I love the have an audiance from all over the world, and I am happy that you enjoy watching my movies. But plz. let me use my own names, and how the Dutch are prefer to call them. Over all, cultural diffrences are something great!

From now on I decided to deleate the posts who say I need to call them kits. I am NOT an American. I live in the Netherlands, Europe. Kit is the American name, pup is the Dutch name. And since I and this baby ferret live in the Netherlands..... xD And besides what does the name matter. She is cute, and grew up to become an healthy adult ferret. Or a "fret" in Dutch.

We got here one Male ferret who only steals Woman underwear, Woman socks, towels used by a Woman. O_o If it is used by a Man, no way he takes those. -_-

39 days old? i have 5 babys at 21 days old and they are the same size iam not having a go just seems very small for nearly 6 weeks old

She also was very small. We also had another litter in 2007, and those 2 puppies where her size at 2 weeks. I think it has to do becose the amount of babies the mother had (with the video pup, there where 12) Also the mother didn't take care of them, so it would explain why she didn't grow that fast. They where also very skinny at 9 weeks, becose they where growing that time realy fast. Today they are 'normal' ferrets, the boy ferret baby is also very big now.
