US 290 west of Hempstead, must become a 6 ln wide median rd. With this traffic on 290 that increased, the same to with US 231 in Huntsville, Alabama. This, ranges from Hazel Green, Alabama to the north to Arab, Alabama to the south. That, must be filmed as well.

On outsides of the frwy and future underground express, west of Mangum eastward, must be a lane for gas and electric bikes and gas and electric scooters, with barriers. US 290, must be changed to an Interstate Highway name. Then, 290 can be returned to Hempstead Rd, including at Tx 6 and Huffmeister, Cypress, and from Hockley to Hempstead. That'll be like along US 77 south of Corpus Christi, that has the IH 69 Name, which 77 returned to Robstown.
