@bahtsekkzED it depends on what you mean by faster. pacquiao can throw a vast number of punches in a second while mayweather throws an individual punch with high velocity. are you talking combinations or pot shots. floyd is faster in pot shots. pacquiao's faster in combinations. also pacquiao has faster footwork.
