This is a small clip to show you the rocky conditions at Jungle Habitat. Was our first time there. Not the favorite fast paced ride.

  • GO FASTER! it will help with the rocks. I live 3 miles away and I ride The jungle all the time. Love it there, but then again im a DH guy :)

  • @yuroshek I hear ya, to bad when I was there my tires were bald in the middle. Now I have good tires on the back and i hit Chimney rock today and conquered all them rock gardens up and down hill.

Also, on another note, guy who sold me my bike had Sram shifter with XT rear derailleur which messed up my shifting. Now its all fixed.

  • That was the bottom section of animal chute wasn't it? Take a video of the second half of warthog, if you go clockwise. Then you can complain about rocks, and only then. :)

  • @Nyhto yeah i thought trails are well marked which way to go. We first hit so many rocky sections that we got tired of them. Don't think we'll be up there again this year as we like our smooth rolling terrain in central, NJ. :-)

  • This place is so fucking scary...horror movie stuff :(

  • @Nyhto That very last scene was the first switch on Animal which is a good example of what to expect , at JH or Ringwood

  • that's Dump truck to lower shute ,looks like it had rained recently when you were there

  • lol I was walking there with my dog and fiance last sunday =D

  • @d1mon12 It's close to home for me which is why I head up, often. Then again, Waway and Ramapo are close too, and much smoother. I agree though, they could've picked less rocky terrain.
