@nissejarnet Yes, but I think at poor like me shouldnt invest bad, and by bad I mean just bolt on turbo and some small changes, that can cause bad reliability etc. and can cause heavy damage to the rest of the engine when failing:D ps. Waiting to see that m50 turbo!:)

Hi how hard was it to convert your 318is to turbo? I have a e36 318is. Thinking of doing mine. Did you have to change anything?

@FLYNVL I overhauled the engine, but if you just go for say 200hp or so you should be fine with not opening the engine, just change to bigger injectors etc.

Beautiful. If your 318is is set up with proper camber, good shocks, and sticky tires, you could destroy that 911 in the twisties. 1,000 pounds less weight goes a long way :) And ditto on the Viking comment. Q: How many miles have you put on the built engine so far? Daily driver?

@dadsrag Yes, the is is a nice car :)
I belive my friend put around 5000km on the car before the engine was sold, it still works just fine!
A turbo M50 is on its way now :)

@nissejarnet Yes, I would like to know that also, is the charged engine only good for like 30k km? And in some comment you mentioned at when going for 200hp you dont need to change anything inside the engine, but wouldnt it be smart to still change some parts? I have m44 but not even dreaming bout turbo:D

@muumikuu Its always smart to change to better parts, but if you dont aim for big hp its not always necessary. Its a cash question :)
