  • how much weight did you lose in all the six weeks???????

  • @puno266 i lost 10 lbs i think. i've lost 20 lbs since then tho, but not doing any programs, just doing my own workout thing

  • I hate to say it but fitagent74 is right. I did this for 5 weeks and lost nothing. I didn't do the diet plan or take the suppliments. After the Ramp it Up, I was beginning to lose motivation but I kept it up. 5 weeks of this and I didn't even lose ONE pound. I'm being truthfully honest here. It may work for others but not for me.

  • Well, not every fitness program will work for everyone out there I suppose. But it does work. I didn't take any of the supplements but I was eating healthily. But as I said, Not everything will work for everyone.

  • @nvd2ceb4 weight doesn't tell all results....

  • @warriorgroup Actually she could've gained muscle, which means it did work..weight doesn't tell all results....

  • @nvd2ceb4 Wow, you did not do the diet plan??? How could you then expect results? It is like 2+4=6, and you just do 2 and expect 6? Of course it is not going to happen. It is also weird that people think they will lose weight with exercise. People diet will what will make you lose weight, exercise will help your heart, make you look better and slimmer, redefine your body and feel less hungry. Also with Slim in 6, the results are looking super toned. A+++ program, you will lose sizes though

  • @desires4u2 Goodie for you about losing weight. That so-called diet plan is a starvation plan and I'm not about to pump my system with those diet supplements. Who knows what's in those things. Not all things work for everybody. In case you didn't know my body type is different from yours. What worked for you may not work for me and this program didn't work for me.

  • @fitagent74 I hired 3 trainers before, and their job is to kick your ass to do the workout but it's not their job to teach you about healthy eating or diet. I was told by an insider trainer that if they teach you to eat right, then you'll never come back to the gym because you don't need their service anymore. I'm on a 1400 Cal and stuffed myself w/food. How can that be calorie deprived. Losing fat/weight is ONLY temporary if people haven't changed their eating habits.

  • @nvd2ceb4 90% is our diet. What you eat or drink will determine what kind of body we will have. You failed to follow the diet plan and take the supplements. There's the answer. If you followed the program to a T, I am sure you will lose weight and fat. Any exercise DVD out there that get your ass off the couch and make you huff and puff DOES WORK. People need to focus on changing their eating habits. I'm 41 and lost 20% body fat and eat 6 meals/dy on a1400 Calorie total. What did you eat?

  • I think it'll work for you because you're a lot younger than me. I just turned a year older and I'm in my 30's. When you reach this age your weight loss is a lot different and I mean way different. I believe if I did this when I was in my 20's then the results would be different. But do keep it up. Like I said, it may for others but it didn't work for me.
