No comparison monkey boy; 5D is a full frame and the new 50D still plain old .6 cropped sensor. Learn a bit about cameras before posting stupid comments.

Yep. Another person here who is considering upgrading to a 5d, because they are now in a more affordable price range when bought second-hand. Would a 5d be preferable to a 60d in terms of image quality?

I take it you mean sick in the not very well sense, not the cool way?! It was made a long time ago anyway! Forget this one and check out my newer videos!

You qualified the casing as a sturdy one on the 5D, it maybe better than any rebel but it's far from being as sturdy as the old 10D.
Don't get me wrong, I really appreciated the upgrade I made from 10D to 5D some 2 1/2 years ago but I also didn't regret keeping the 10D at hand for the 3 times I had to send the 5D for repairs, something I never had to do for the old 10D even if I've beaten the old one more.

To clarify, this video is designed to accompany an article at cameralabs . com for anyone thinking of upgrading from a Rebel to a full-frame model like the 5D. It's not a standalone review of the 5D like my other videos.
