I love Deifell's upending of the norm - his work shows the special way of seeing "the Blind" can impart to those of us with conceit of vision. His workshops at the American Visionary Art Museum wowed professional photographers with a level of artistry they achieved when blindfolded, instructed to see in a new, deeper way. Bravo for his original loving and respectful work for what it means to be human.

These are some amazing pictures! I'm going to try covering my eyes and having someone lead me around and taking pictures from what I hear in my environment and see what comes of it.
