@Vogter2100 I have got screen shots of his retraction as sent to youtube. It seems simply to be youtube not listening. Some videos have apparently been reinstated. My strike is still in place at the moment hoping to get it cleared by the end of this coming week.

hello mr avenger. you seem like a nice guy so i want to give you some free legal advice. GET A LAWYER> almost nothing you said in this video was in the ballpark; most of it was not even in the parking lot of the ballpark.

MY DMCA strike is still in place. I countered and he sent me a threatening mail and later as I mailed him back he sent an apology and said he would retract them. Has not happened yet!!
