A very efficient exercise to strengthen the specific leg muscles used in badminton. The main point in the exercise is to never stop moving for the entire duration (~15-25mins).

  • Nicely done Jimmy...still remembering the good old chinese footwork like 2 years ago. I started doing that in ADDITION with 10 minutes suicides and 25 minutes of stair workouts. Are you planning to come back and play Sun God?
