  • props for the freeze. However, she shouldn't be putting her cheek on the ground when doing a baby freeze, and instead use the top side of her head. Also she needs to bring her right leg down as the baby freeze is held with hip a bit lower. Learned that from bboy Crumbs as he taught baby freezes. Overall these a good pushups. Try Bboy Pushups too which are a much more challenging exercise.

    It's better to master the Baby Freeze before on going onto the harder freezes. You actually might find it EASIER to do after you've mastered it.
