Metal Gear Solid 4 - Extreme Big Boss Emblem Run - Act 1 Frogs

My first ever non Final Fantasy video, I am an inexperienced MGS4 player, and I will be attempting to get the Big Boss Emblem for the 1st time... My MGS4 videos will NOT be Speed Runs, so you dont need to tell me how to improve my strategy, I just want to get the emblem, so I won't be replaying anything to improve my speed...

Big Boss Emblem = Complete the game on Extreme, with NO ALERTS, NO KILLS, NO RECOVERY ITEMS, in less than 5 Hours...Sounds like a tall order for a player of my calibre...

I have only completed the game on Extreme once before, and i got 150 (!) Alerts in the entire game, I wanted to really challenge myself by doing this run, and its going ok so far, as you will see I'm not the most skilled player, but I'm improving with each attempt...Lets hope I can complete this task, its going to be extremley tough for me...

@tanyuj I finished Act 1 in 46 mins, I finished the game in 4 hours on Normal, and im 7-8 mins slower than that so far having finished Act 1, so im heading for 4 hours and 30 mins or so, i havent played enough to memorize the enemy AI, so getting from A-B is difficult, i lose a lot of time in some areas... I just reached laughing Octopus with 1 hr 6 mins on the clock, its going well i think...
