It was a disgusting thing to bring out to he media: it had no bearing whatsoever on her fitness as a judge. It was, though, a great reflection on how broken our national media has become: fixated on irrelevant details over the big picture.

Her original comments are indefensible. How does ethnicity correlate to wisdom? Especially in the constitutional, legal realm? There is NO correlation - one's ethnic background is irrelevant to this question. To somehow see your own views as superior to those of others, based purely on race, is itself, racist. Period. Sadly, she is a fool and unfit to serve on ANY court, much less our nation's highest court. You can be encouraging without denegrating other groups.

the fact that this is proven otherwise is purely opinion which i have more say so being i am a white male and i feel this comment is racist. Also you call anybody who goes against your will a conservatard, this term is demeaning to those of us who actually take time to see the whole argument. It is you who repeats behavior such as this so according to your plan it is you who is the insane one.Also Skinner would deny your statement anyway as any org. repeating a behavior for results is gambling
