Excellent video! I would like to know how you personally pick out an excellent quality Bo-lay cha? Do you merely go by age of the tea, region the tea was grown in, trial and error (which can get expensive because good Bo-lay isn't cheap! LOL), or a combination? Thanks for posting this video. =)

Great vid. Here in Mid.Europe not many people know how to prepare Pu Er Tea. Many ladies and girls buy the Pu Erh because of wanting to loss weight, but they find this tea disgusting - 'cause they don't prepare it right.
