Thank-you for watching my Academy Award whining documentary. The video seems to have piqued their interest. The 8ft fence is now a 4 ft fence. It's not the best solution but it is better.

SRP made no attempt to solicit input from the neighborhood residents before beginning this project. Building codes that serve to protect the integrity of this residential neighborhood do not seem to apply to SRP as it is a state regulated enterprise. All the more reason why SRP should go out if its way to be a good neighbor.
