Character Design RQ: 324Alex

Another for ~324alex
She wanted it based off Lavender so I tried to make it similar but not nearly the same. Since Lavender's species was made by mistake and was manipulated to be the way it is.

I kept her's simple and unique. I gave her boots a lil glow-y thing cause I thought it'd make the boots more interesting you know?
