Well I am so happy to know that I am not the only one saying this about CCHD. Last year I preached against the collection right before we took it, since I was not the pastor, and we had to take it. You should have seen how low the second collections were for the CCHD. (The amazing thing is how the left screamed at me for my statements before the election on abortion and voting, yet they have no problem with this mixing of church and state.) Interesting.

I am in RCIA, and new to the catholic world, and all of this make me sad. If this stuff is so prevalent in the catholic church and among her bishops, why aren't they being disciplined?

Check out what Providence Bishop Tobin has done to Patrick Kennedy. More Bishops need to stand up like him.

Thank God for Bishop Tobin forbidding Patrick Kennedy from receiving communion because of his anti-life stance . Truly not a Bernadin "seamless garment " bishop like those promoting the CCHD !

I am not sure if Bp. Tobin actually formally forbade - there are questions about whether or not Rep. Kennedy is telling the truth (what a surprise!) But, Bp. Tobin was very clear in his letter, which is excellent.

People may not know that Soros is Jewish. It is relevant because it may explain his opposition to the Christian message of salvation through Jesus Christ. Jews, obviously, deny Jesus' Messianic credentials - that is the difference between Christians and Jews.
